Hotel Avoid avoid avoid at all costs… if you spot some cardboard boxes in a nearby doorway I would advise you to stay there instead… if I could have given zero I would. My husband and I ended up in a tiny room in two single, uncomfortable, put me up beds. The ceiling is covered in water stains, it’s filthy, there are tumbleweed balls of dust and hair under the beds, the skirtings are covered in muck, the toilet seat falls off, no toiletries just a half used bottle of old smelling hand soap, the duvet has astronauts on it like some kind of kids bed the upholstery is falling off the chair, the wallpaper is peeling off. The furniture is so tatty it needs throwing away.. plug sockets hanging off the wall, tv remote didn’t work, even a layer of filth on the kettle. The curtains are not blackout so we were awake at sun up and woken by the snoring coming from the room next door. We were out of there super quick. if I wasn’t so far away from home I would have walked out there and then when we arrived.. there is piles of boxes and furniture hanging about under the staircase, I looks dodgy from the minute you arrive. Awful!! This is the worst place I have ever stayed in, our friend booked it for us and she was so embarrassed as she was staying in a lovely hotel in Ealing and that hotel didn’t have another room so she booked this one. This place should be closed down..only positive is it’s in a quiet area.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel my son booked for him an his mates for July to then find out my booking had been changed to June which was due to how their system puts it in as I clicked correct dates on booking.com. To then realise after a email Sayin they had not checked that my booking had been changed. I call them on my sons behalf to be given abuse down the phone no compassion or customer service skills to help my son an his mates with changing booking or offering any money back for them, for the man on phone to put phone down 3 times an block my number to speak with them. Lost £330 and had to book else were. Booking.com tried to help was very understanding and was very unhappy about hotel treating myslef and my son like this.

Stayed here for 1 night as taking part in RideLondon and I wanted somewhere with nearby parking and tube access, this fitted the bill After reading reviews I was a bit concerned, but for the price I was paying and the fact I would be leaving in the early hours I took the chance On arrival its in a nice area, and the outside was clean. I got allocated my room on 1st floor at front. The room had all the basic facilities I needed and the bed was comfy enough, however it was very small (not really an issue) and was very dated. Needing to go to bed early, I was concerned about traffic noise outside, however room had a decent fan so I was able to shut window. The hotel is a short walk to ealing town centre with a tube station and plenty of shops. With the exception of my bathroom (which looked brand new) the whole hotel desperately needs modernisation, the paintwork and decor is run down. Hotel has potential I would possibly stay here again but not as a 1st choice

Avoid horrible and dirty no cleaner or housekeeping very cold the heating system no working you see dirt everywhere no one care you need to have your own towels or it’s better to sleep in street it’s more clean honestly

AVOID!!! This is honestly the worst “hotel” I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. I booked it through my company website and stupidly didn’t read reviews before doing so. The wall paper was peeling, the floors were disgusting, there was an extension lead that looked like it was about to explode, dust everywhere - see pictures, fire door was broken, paper thin walls, toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet ….. I could keep going. As for the staff …. There was one unfriendly bloke that seemed like I was disturbing him. I think he was the owner or the owners son. As a woman on my own travelling for work, I felt very unsafe staying there.
